These photos are washed out because they were taken in 1973.
The pretty blonde girl poking out of the sunroof was my girlfriend at that time. Soon after this photo we were married and have been married for 27 years. Unfortunately, the beetle didnt last as long. It rusted badly and I primed it all over with Grey primer,then I put a small flame job up the windshield pillars. Soon after that, the accelerator jet popped out and went down through the engine, ruining the valves. I sold it in 1975 for $50.
I haven't seen it since.
